    We are an American Standard dealer and install their equipment by default, unless the customer requests a specific brand

  • What does the Precision Tune-Up include, and how much does it cost?

    The Precision Tune-Up (PTU) is currently available for $59.00 during the spring promotion (regular price: $115.00). This service includes:


    • Cleaning the condenser coil
    • Applying no-rinse coil cleaner to the evaporator coil
    • Flushing the condensate drain
    • Cleaning condensate pumps (if applicable)
    • A thorough evaluation of the HVAC system, including ductwork

    The duration of a project depends on its size and complexity. Our team will provide you with a timeline during the initial consultation and keep you informed throughout the process.
